The must is obtained by gentle mashing of the grape at low temperature. Then it is decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature, to enhance the qualities of this grape variety.
Fresh, zesty and fragrant, with mineral notes.
Ideal with seafood, shellfi sh and raw fish. Excellent with hors d’ouevres, delicate courses, and white meats.
