Sistina Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC
A time-honored winemaking history, handed
down over the generations, ensures the
enduring health and prosperity of the Abruzzo
environment, culture and traditions. Three
thousand families of winegrowers are the
stewards of a centuries-old art of viticulture,
renewed with every coming generation.

Wine Production
The must is obtained by a gentle pressing of the grapes and after a short contact with the skins at low temperatures (coldmaceration) it becomes clear. The clear must ferments in dedicated stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
