Light crushing and cold-press maceration of pressed grapes. Only the first-pressing must, which is separated by gravity, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Fresh, elegant and harmonic with citrus fruits notes and yellow fruit scents.
Ideal with seafood, shellfi sh and raw fi sh. Excellent with hors d’ouevres, complex courses, and white meats.
